INTRODUCTION
I proposed to develop and implement a comprehensive design system for the employee onboarding process, as well as a complete redesign of the existing system with the addition of a media portal and a company-wide events calendar.

This section aims to list all the public holidays for the year, ensuring everyone is aware of official days off well in advance.

A section where all news from the previous month can be reviewed.

This section will contain all the projects we are working on, including final renders. Filters will be added for easy navigation
Community Feed
A place where photos from various company events and gatherings are generated. Employees can either upload directly in their personal account

A section or subsection to view all employee birthdays, fostering a sense of community and personal connection within the company.

A place where photos from various company events and gatherings are generated. Employees can either upload directly in their personal account or use a "contribute to feed" button to add photos from different company events.

Created a space where all training video content on work feedback is gathered. Now employees can quickly access materials, improve their skills, and work according to unified standards.

As part of the project, a specialized administrative access to the onboarding portal was developed. This interface provides administrators with enhanced capabilities for managing users and content. They can add and remove employees, as well as update corporate information and events. Additionally, administrators have tools for monitoring platform activity and analyzing the effectiveness of the onboarding process, allowing them to make timely improvements and maintain the system's relevance.

Developed a unique login interface for administrators, allowing them to see the portal with additional management and review capabilities. This makes navigation and resource management more efficient.

Administrators have the rights to add new employees to the system. This includes the ability to register new users, change their status, or delete them if necessary.

With administrative access, it's easy to add, update, and delete corporate data, such as news, training materials, calendar events, and other important information.

The functionality includes tools for monitoring activity on the platform and analyzing the effectiveness of the onboarding process, allowing administrators to make informed decisions and implement improvements.

Each employee has a personalized performance review page, where they can access a calendar of internal company evaluations, as well as view their individual scores and feedback.

I had the distinct pleasure of working alongside Anastasiia as she diligently executed the UX/UI design tasks for our internal projects.
